تدير شركة قرطبة  للأثاث وهي شركة تأسست بموجب قوانين دولة الكويت (ويشار إليها فيما يلي باسم " قرطبة للأثاث " موقع التجارة الإلكترونية عبر الإنترنت www.qortubafurniture.com الموقع الإلكتروني مقدم كخدمة لك، ويهدف إلى تمكينك وتمكين غيرك من المستخدمين من تصفح المنتجات والبضائع المعروضة للبيع على الموقع الإلكتروني وطلب شرائها. وتحتفظ قرطبة للأثاث بالحق في حذف أي محتوى بالموقع الإلكتروني أو تعديله أو الإضافة إليه في أي وقت لأي سبب ولأي سبب دون توجيه إخطار مسبق وذلك لتحديث كافة المعلومات بصفة دورية.

الشروط والأحكام

1. حررت شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") فيما بينك، بصفتك المستخدم النهائي للموقع الإلكتروني لقرطبة للأثاث، وبين قرطبة للأثاث. قد تستلزم التغييرات الطارئة على القانون أو أعمال قرطبة للأثاث إجراء تغييرات على الشروط من حين لآخر ("الشروط المعدلة")، ولذلك فإن قرطبة للأثاث تحثك على مراجعة الشروط بصفة دورية للاطلاع على أي تغييرات من هذا القبيل، وتتحمل المسؤولية عن قراءة الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية بالموقع ("سياسة الخصوصية") قراءةً متأنية والموافقة عليها وقبولها في كل مرة تستخدم فيها الموقع الإلكتروني، واستخدامك المستمر للموقع الإلكتروني يعني قبولك للامتثال لأحدث نسخة من الشروط. في حالة عدم موافقتك على (أو عدم قدرتك على الامتثال) للشروط، لا تستخدم هذا الموقع الإلكتروني. 

2. إذا قررت التسجيل بالموقع الإلكتروني، سيكون عليك في وقت التسجيل بالموقع وبصفتك مستخدماً مسجلاً، قراءة هذه الشروط قراءةً متأنية وقبولها. سيتم تنبيهك في كل مرة يطرأ فيها تغيير على الشروط لقبول الشروط المعدلة قبل أن تتمكن من مواصلة إجراء شراء منتج من الموقع الإلكتروني.

سلوك ومحتوى المستخدم

1. قد يوفر الموقع الإلكتروني فرصاً للمستخدمين لنشر التعقيبات والتعليقات الأخرى والأسئلة والاقتراحات والمعلومات الأخرى ("محتوى المستخدم") على هذا الموقع الإلكتروني أو من خلاله عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف، أو التي يتم الإفصاح عنها خلاف ذلك أو تقديمها أو عرضها فيما يتعلق باستخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني. وتضمن أنت صحة أي محتوى مستخدم من هذا القبيل أدرجته بالموقع الإلكتروني (وأنه لا يخل بحقوق الملكية الفكرية للغير)، وتمنح بموجبه قرطبة للأثاث حقاً دائماً وغير قابل للرجوع فيه وغير حصري وبدون أي رسوم وقابل للتحويل ورخصة لاستخدام محتوى المستخدم المذكور الخاص بك على النحو الذي ترغب به قرطبة للأثاث ، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، القيام بنسخ محتوى المستخدم المذكور و/أو تعديله و/أو حذفه برمته أو/و تهيئته و/أو نشره و/أو ترجمته و/أو نسخ أعمال مشتقة منه و/أو بيعه و/أو توزيع محتوى المستخدم هذا و/أو دمج محتوى المستخدم هذا مع أي نموذج أو وسائط أو تقنية على مستوى العالم، دون الرجوع إليك مجدداً، وتتنازل بموجبه عن أي حقوق أدبية في محتوى المستخدم هذا. توافق على أنك لن تنشر أي محتوى يخالف الأخلاق العامة أو ينطوي على تشهير أو إثارة للشغب أو يمثل خرقاً لحقوق الملكية الفكرية أو قد يخل خلاف ذلك بالأداب العامة أو يخالف القانون.

2. يحق لقرطبة للأثاث استخدام أي محتوى مستخدم أدرجته لأي غرض كان أو إعادة إنتاجه أو الإفصاح عنه أو تعديله أو تهيئته أو نسخ أعمال مشتقة منه أو نشره أو عرضه أو توزيعه، دون قيد ودون أي تعويض لك بأي شكل من الأشكال. لا تلتزم قرطبة للأثاث بأي شكل من الأشكال بما يلي: (1) الحفاظ على سرية أي محتوى مستخدم؛ (2) صرف أي تعويضات إلى مستخدم عن أي محتوى مستخدم؛ (3) الرد على أي محتوى مستخدم.

3. تراجع قرطبة للأثاث بصفة منتظمة محتوى المستخدم المنشور، ولكنها تحتفظ بالحق (دون إلزامها) بمراقبة أو تنقيح أو إزالة أي محتوى مستخدم مُدرج بالموقع الإلكتروني. تمنح قرطبة للأثاث الحق في استخدام الاسم الذي تدرجه فيما يتعلق بأي محتوى مستخدم، وتوافق على ألا تستخدم أي عنوان بريد إليكتروني مزيف أو انتحال صفة أي شخص أو جهة أو أي تضليل آخر فيما يتعلق بالمصدر الأصلي لأي محتوى مستخدم، وتوافق على تعويض قرطبة للأثاث والشركات التابعة لها عن أي دعاوى تنشئ عن أي محتوى مستخدم تقوم بإدراجه، ولا تتحمل قرطبة للأثاث أو أي شركات تابعة لها أي مسؤولية أو التزام عن أي محتوى مستخدم تدرجه أنت أو أي من الغير.

الحساب والتسجيل :

1. من أجل شراء أي منتجات من الموقع الإلكتروني، يمكنك إما أن تسجل في الموقع وتنشئ حساباً مؤمناً بكلمة المرور ("الحساب") أو أن تقدم أمر شراء دون أن تنشئ حساب، أي باعتبارك "ضيف". أي حساب تنشئه يعتبر حساباً شخصياً لك، ولا يجوز لك نقله إلى أي شخص آخر. تكتمل عملية تسجيلك أو تقديم أمر الشراء (باعتبارك ضيف) بعد قبولك للشروط، وتُطبق الشروط في كل مرة تقدم فيها أمراً لشراء أي منتج من البريد الإلكتروني.

2. في حالة تسجيل وإنشاء حساب، فإنك تصبح "مستخدماً مسجلاً"، ويُشترط لكي تصبح مستخدماً مسجلاً أو لكي تتقدم بأمر شراء لأي منتج من الموقع الإلكتروني باعتبارك ضيف أن يكون عمرك 21 عاماً أو أكثر، وأن تقدم معلومات عنك حقيقية ودقيقة وحالية وكاملة في كل تفاصيلها (بما في ذلك الاسم وتاريخ الميلاد وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني وبيانات البطاقة الائتمانية وغيرها من البيانات) على النحو المطلوب في أثناء عملية إنشاء الحساب أو في وقت تقديم أمر الشراء للموقع الإلكتروني بصفتك ضيف. في حالة كنت أقل من 21 عاماً، لا يمكنك استخدام هذا الموقع الإلكتروني إلا تحت إشراف احد والديك أو الولي الشرعي الذي يوافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت احد الوالدين أو ولياً شرعياً توافق على هذه الشروط بالنيابة عن شخص يقل عمره عن 21 عاماً، فإنك تتحمل المسؤولية كاملةً عن استخدامه لهذا الموقع الإلكتروني، بما في ذلك المصروفات المالية والمسؤولية القانونية التي يتحملها هو. تحتفظ قرطبة للأثاث بالحق في رفض تقديم الخدمة أو إلغاء الحسابات أو إلغاء أوامر الشراء وفق تقديرها المطلق.

3. من خلال تسجيلك في الموقع الإلكتروني واستخدامك له، فإنك تضمن أن المعلومات التي قدمتها في أثناء عملية التسجيل أو في أثناء تقديم أمر الشراء لأي منتج من الموقع الإلكتروني كضيف هي معلومات حقيقية ودقيقة وحالية وكاملة في كل جوانبها، وتتعهد بضمان تحديث هذه المعلومات وتوافق على التعامل فيما يتعلق بهذه المعلومات بمقتضى سياسة الخصوصية.

الخدمات والدفع:

1.  تتضمن الخدمات:

1. إتاحة الموقع الإلكتروني لك لشراء أي منتجات.

2. تأمين شركة توصيل ذات خبرة في نقل المنتجات المشتراة وتسليمها لك.

3.  خدمـة العمـلاء لقرطبة للاثاث تتيــح لك الأستفسارات بخصــوص المنتجات المشتراة ويمكنك التـــواصل من خلال البريد الإلكتروني .               support@qortubafurniture.com   .

2. توافق على سداد المبلغ كاملاً المستحق لقاء المنتج على النحو المبين أثناء عملية تقديم أمر الشراء، بما في ذلك تكلفة ومصروفات النقل فيما يتعلق بأمر الشراء هذا. جميع الأسعار مُبينة بالدينار الكويتي.

3. لن تقبل قرطبة للأثاث أمر شرائك للمنتجات في حالة :

1. نفاد المنتج (المنتجات) من المخزون.

2. عدم تمكين قرطبة للأثاث الحصول على إذن بالدفع من جانبك.

3. سريان قيود الشحن على منتج معين.

4. إذا تبين لقرطبة للأثاث وجود خطأ بمنتج أو بالسعر.

5. لأي سبب آخر وفقاً لما يترائى لقرطبة للأثاث وحدها.

4. وستخطرك قرطبة للأثاث ، في أي حالة من الحالات السابقة بعدم قبول أمر شرائك، ولن تقوم بمباشرة عملية السداد، ولن تتحمل المسؤولية تجاهك أو تجاه الغير نتيجة قرارنا برفض مباشرة أمر الشراء أو إلغاءه أو تعليق أي معاملة بعد بدء مباشرة الأمر.

5. قد يقع خطأ في الإرسال تتعطل على إثره عملية الشراء، وتوافق على التعاون مع قرطبة للأثاث لحل هذه المشكلات، وتوافق على أن قرطبة للأثاث تتمتع بكامل الصلاحية لاتخاذ القرار الملائم في مثل هذه الحالات.

6. تخضع جميع المدفوعات التي تتم عن طريق البطاقات الائتمانية/ بطاقات الخصم المباشر للتحقق من صحتها من خلال جهة الإصدار. في حالة رفض جهة الإصدار إعطاء إذن بالسداد، ستلغي قرطبة للأثاث أمر شرائك وتتواصل معك لإيجاد وسيلة سداد بديلة. لا تتحمل قرطبة للأثاث المسؤولية إذا أسفر ذلك عن تأخر إرسال بضاعتك/ منتجاتك.

7. يجب أن تكون جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بإعداد الفواتير والتسجيل صحيحة ودقيقة، ويعتبر تقديم أي معلومات غير صحيحة أو غير دقيقة خرقاً لهذه الشروط. عند تأكيد أمر شرائك في نهاية العملية، فإنك توافق على قبول المنتج (المنتجات) المطلوبة وسداد قيمتها.

8. قد تشكل بعض أوامر الشراء بعينها استخداماً غير ملائم للموقع الإلكتروني وخدماته، وتحتفظ قرطبة للأثاث بالحق، وفق تقديرها المطلق، في رفض أو إلغاء أي أمر شراء لأي سبب. يجوز لقرطبة للأثاث ، وفق تقديرها المطلق، حظر حسابك أو إلغاءه لأي سبب.

9. في حالة إدراج سعر غير صحيح على أحد المنتجات نتيجة خطأ في التسعير، يحق لقرطبة للأثاث ، وفق تقديرها المطلق، رفض أو إلغاء أي أمر شراء مقدم لهذا المنتج. في حالة وجود خطأ في تسعيرة المنتج، يحق لقرطبة للأثاث ، وفق تقدير قرطبة للأثاث ، إما أن تتصل بك للحصول على تعليماتك أو تلغي أمر شرائك وتخطرك بهذا الإلغاء.

10. تحاول قرطبة للأثاث العمل على تقديم أسعار تنافسية على الموقع الإلكتروني غير أن سعر المنتج الموجود على الإنترنت قد يختلف عن السعر المتاح في المعرض وذلك لغرض التسويق.

الشحن

1. حتى تتمكن قرطبة للأثاث من اتخاذ ما يلزم لتسليم أي منتجات قمت بشرائها إليك، فإنك تتحمل المسؤولية بمفردك عن تقديم البيانات البريدية الصحيحة والدقيقة.

2. تنتقل مخاطر الخسارة للمنتجات التي تشتريها عبر الموقع الإلكتروني وملكيتها إليك فور استلامك للمنتجات التي اشتريتها من قبل مورد الخدمات اللوجستية.

3. لا تتحمل قرطبة للأثاث المسؤولية عن أي تأخيرات في شحن المنتج (المنتجات) التي طلبتها أو اشتريتها أو المنتج (المنتجات) المفقودة أو الضائعة أو المنتج (المنتجات) المُسلمة إليك بطريقة غير سليمة، نتيجة خطأ من قبلك أو جراء عدم دقة أو عدم صحة أو نقصان المعلومات التي قدمتها.

4. تخضع جميع المنتجات لمراقبة الجودة وفحصها للتأكد من خلوها من العيوب قبل إرسالها إليك. وفي حالة استلامك لمنتج حالته غير مثالية، يُرجى الاتصال بنا على الفور من خلال البريد الإلكتروني على support@qortubafurniture.com  والترتيب لإعادة المنتج المعيب إلينا.

المرتجعات

1. يحق للعميل الأستبدال أو الإسترجاع في غضون واحد وعشرون (21) يوماً من تسليم منتجاتك المشتراة. يُرجى الإطلاع على سياسة المرتجعات المتاحة على الموقع الإلكتروني علما بأن المنتجات المشتراة عبر الموقع الإلكتروني والتي يتم إرجاعها يجب أن تكون جديدة لم يسبق استخدامها وفي عبوتها الأصلية مقترنةً بالفاتورة الأصلية، على أن تكون جميع بطاقات المنتج لازالت مثبتة في مكانها. قد لا تقبل قرطبة للأثاث استلام المرتجعات التالفة أو المتسخة أو طرأ عليها تغيير.

2. سترد قيمة جميع المنتجات المرتجعة بطريقة سليمة إلى المالك الأصلي وتقيد في حساب بطاقة الائتمان/ بطاقة الخصم المباشر المعنية أو الحساب المصرفي للمعاملة بعد خصم الرسوم المصرفية المطبقة (إن وجدت). إذا تبين لك خطأ في قيمة المشتريات المردودة إليك، يرجى الاتصال بنا على الفور عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني support@qortubafurniture.com .

3. يرجى ملاحظة أن رد قيمة المشتريات على البطاقة قد يستغرق حتى ثلاثين (30) يوم عمل لذا فإن قرطبة للأثاث لن تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخيرات في رد المدفوعات من جانب شركات إصدار البطاقات، ولا تقدم قرطبة للأثاث أي ضمانات من أي نوع عن صحة المبالغ المردودة أو توقيت وصولها إلى بطاقة / الحساب المصرفي للعملاء، وذلك نظراً لتعدد المؤسسات المعنية في مباشرة إجراءات المعاملات وأيام عمل/ إجازات المؤسسات المالية.

إبراء المسؤولية والضمانات

1. لا تضمن قرطبة للأثاث ، وفقاً للحد الأقصى المسموح به قانوناً، استمرار عمل الموقع الإلكتروني أو أي من الخدمات أو المنتجات المتاحة من خلاله أو خلوها من الأخطاء، فقد يشوب بعض المواد أو الخدمات المتاحة عبر الموقع الإلكتروني حالات تأخير أو أخطاء أو أعطال أو قد تخلو من الدقة، كما لا تضمن قرطبة للأثاث استيفاء الخدمات لأي معايير محددة للأداء أو الجودة.

2. قرطبة للأثاث تحاول دائما منع وصول أي فيروسات أو فيروسات متنقلة أو كود ضار إلى الموقع، فإن قرطبة للأثاث لا تقر أو تضمن خلو الموقع الإلكتروني أو الخدمات أو الخصائص أو المواد التي قد تتاح من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني من الخصائص الائتلافية، ولا تتحمل قرطبة للأثاث المسؤولية عن أي تلفيات أو أضرار يكون مردودها لهذه الخصائص.

3. وسائل إرسال البيانات الإلكترونية بما فيها الإنترنت هي وسائل تواصل عامة وأي استخدام لمثل هذه الوسائل يكون عاماً وليس خاصاً، والمعلومات التي تتعلق بهذا الاستخدام أو تنشأ عنه إما تكون عامةً أو ترجع ملكيتها للأطراف التي تجمعها وليست معلومات شخصية أو خاصة. وعليه، لا تضمن قرطبة للأثاث أمن أو سرية أي معلومات ترسلها إلى الموقع الإلكتروني ولا يمكنها التأكد من ذلك. وبالتالي يكون إرسال أي معلومات إلى الموقع الإلكتروني على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.

4. يتم الحصول على المعلومات المتعلقة بالمنتج التي يجري الاطلاع عليها عبر هذا الموقع الإلكتروني عن طريق جهة التصنيع أو مورد المنتج. وقد تغير جهات التصنيع/الموردين الملصقات الموجودة على المنتج وبالتالي يمكن أن تتضمن عبوة المنتج ومواده الفعلية معلومات مختلفة عن المعلومات الواردة على موقعنا الإلكتروني، وعليه لا يمكننا ضمان أو التأكد من دقة أي معلومات متعلقة بالمنتج. لذا نوصي بألا تعتمد على المعلومات المقدمة فقط وأن تقرأ دائماً الملصقات والتحذيرات والإرشادات الموجودة على المنتج قبل استخدامه أو استهلاكه. 

حدود المسؤولية والتعويض

1. وباستخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني، توافق، إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون، على تعويض وتبرئة ذمة قرطبة للأثاث ومديريها ومسؤوليها وموظفيها ووكلائها فيما يتعلق بأي مطالبات تنشأ عن إخلالك بهذه الشروط، أو استخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني أو أي من الخدمات، أو عدم امتثالك للقوانين أو اللوائح المطبقة في الدولة التي تصل أثناء تواجدك فيها إلى الموقع الإلكتروني أو الخدمات، أو أي إجراء تتخذه قرطبة للأثاث كجزء من تحقيق تجريه بشأن الاشتباه في ارتكاب مخالفة لهذه الشروط أو نتيجةً لاكتشافها إخلال بهذه الشروط أو اتخاذها قرار بهذا الشأن. كما توافق على الدفاع عن قرطبة للأثاث والشركات التابعة لها وتعويضها وتبرئة ذمتها من جميع المطالبات والتعويضات والتكاليف والمصاريف، بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة، والتي تنشأ عن استخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني أو أي إخلال من جانبك بهذه الشروط أو تتعلق بذلك.

2. لن تتحمل قرطبة للأثاث أو أي من الشركات التابعة لها أو موظفيها أو مديريها أو مسؤوليها أو وكلائها أو بائعيها أو مورديها تحت أي ظرف من الظروف وبموجب أي مادة قانونية أو عدلية، سواءً فيما يتعلق بالمسؤولية التقصيرية أو العقود أو المسؤولية المُقيِّدة أو غير ذلك، المسؤولية تجاهك أو تجاه أي شخص آخر عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو خاصة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو تعويضات أياً كانت طبيعتها، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، التعويضات عن خسارة الأرباح أو ضياع السمعة أو فقدان البيانات أو توقف العمل أو تعطيل الأعمال أو دقة نتائج البحث أو أعطال الحواسب الآلية، حتى إذا أُحيط أحد ممثلي قرطبة للأثاث المفوضين علماً باحتمال المطالبة بمثل هذه التعويضات، والتي تنشأ عما يلي أو تتعلق به :

1. استخدام موقع قرطبة للأثاث الإلكتروني أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه .

2. استخدامك الموقع الإلكتروني أو أي معلومات أو ارتباطات تشعبية أو محتويات متضمنة فيه أو الخدمات المتضمنة فيه أو بالأحرى التي تتُاح لك من خلاله أو اعتمادك عليها.

3. المعلومات التي تقدمها لقرطبة للأثاث ، سواءً كانت شخصية أو غير ذلك.

4. الخدمات التي تقدمها قرطبة للأثاث. 

5. التصرفات أو الإهمال من جانب قرطبة للأثاث. 

ولن تكون قرطبة للأثاث في أي حال من الأحوال مسؤولةً عن أي تعويضات تتجاوز قيمتها المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل سعر المنتج الذي نشأت المطالبة بشأنه. وتبرأ ذمتنا بموجب هذه الشروط والأحكام من جميع الالتزامات والمطالبات التي تتجاوز هذا الحد.

الأحكام والشروط العامة

1. لا يجوز لك نسخ أي من مواد الموقع الإلكتروني أو إعادة نشرها أو تعديلها أو توزيعها أو فصلها أو تقسيمها أو إجراء هندسة عكسية لها أو تنزيلها أو نشرها أو إذاعتها أو إرسالها أو استخدامها لأغراض تجارية أو إتاحة محتوى الموقع الإلكتروني للعامة أو بالأحرى استخدامه بأي طريقة إلا لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري. كما توافق على عدم تهيئة أو تغيير أو إنشاء أي عمل مستمد من محتوى الموقع الإلكتروني إلا لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري. ويُحظر حظراً تاماً أي استخدام آخر لمحتوى الموقع الإلكتروني ويتطلب ذلك الاستخدام إذن كتابي مسبق من قرطبة للأثاث.

2. يمكن لقرطبة للأثاث وقف أو تعليق وصولك إلى الموقع الإلكتروني كله أو جزء منه، بدون تقديم إخطار لك، بناءً على أي تصرف تري قرطبة للأثاث ، وفقاً لتقديرها الخاص، ولا تتحمل قرطبة للأثاث المسؤولية تجاهك أو تجاه الغير عن أي تعديل في الموقع الإلكتروني أو وقفه أو تعليقه أو توقفه  لمخالفته الشروط أو القوانين.

3. قد تستخدم قرطبة للأثاث ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو تقنيات أخرى، على هذا الموقع الإلكتروني. وملفات تعريف الارتباط هي ملفات أو سجلات صغيرة قد تضعها قرطبة للأثاث على متصفح الويب لجمع معلومات عن أنشطتك على الموقع الإلكتروني وإعداد التقارير وتقييم التوجهات، وبالأحرى رصد الطريقة التي يُستخدم بها الموقع الإلكتروني. ويتمثل الهدف من هذا في تعزيز الملاءمة والراحة لك ومساعدة قرطبة للأثاث على تحقيق الكفاءة في أعمالها. وتأكد بقبول هذه الشروط على موافقتك على استخدام قرطبة للأثاث لملفات تعريف الارتباط وأي تقنيات أخرى مماثلة مخصصة لهذه الأغراض.

4. قرطبة للأثاث أقصى جهد لإظهار ألوان المنتجات المعروضة على الموقع الإلكتروني بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. ولكن، نظراً لأن شاشات الحواسب الآلية تختلف عن بعضها البعض، فلا يمكن لقرطبة للأثاث أن تضمن أن شاشتك ستعرض أي لون بشكل دقيق.

SHIPPING

RETURNS

1. Customers can Cancel, Exchange or Refund customers purchased items within 21 Days of delivery of your purchased Products. Please go through the Returns Policy available on the Website, Products purchased through the Website should be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all Product tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted by QORTUBA FURNITURE.

2. All correctly returned Products will be refunded to the original purchaser as credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction after deducting the applicable bank charges (if any). If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please contact us immediately on support@qortubafurniture.com.
   Please note card refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days for your bank to complete, and QORTUBA FURNITURE shall not be liable for any delays in refund by card companies. QORTUBA FURNITURE offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.
